Fruit custard is one of those delightful desserts that instantly takes me back to my childhood. Carrot Halwa, Rice Kheer, Besan Ladoo, or a delectable fruit custard like this one were common sweet treats when we were kids.
My mom occasionally served the fruit custard unadorned, and other times she added fruit jelly to make it look prettier.

How to make Fruit custard?
Ingredients:
-Doodh (Milk) 1 litre
-Cheeni (Sugar) ½ Cup or to taste
-Vanilla custard powder 6 tbs
-Doodh (Milk) ½ Cup
-Apple cubes ½ Cup
-Aam (Mango) cubes ½ Cup
-Grapes ½ Cup
-Banana cubes ½ Cup
-Peach cubes ½ Cup
--2Tbs of bareek cheeni (caster sugar) or to taste
Assembling:
-Plain cake slices
-Red jelly cubes
-Green jelly cubes
-Prepared custard
-Mix fruits
-Cherry
-Chocolate cake crumbled
Directions:
-Add the milk and sugar to a wok, stir thoroughly, and heat until boiling.
-Add milk to the vanilla custard powder and stir thoroughly.
-Add the dissolved custard powder gradually, whisk constantly, and cook until thickened.
-Switch off the heat and continue whisking until the mixture cools.
-In bowl,add apple,mango,grapes,banana,peach,caster sugar and mix well.
-Cut jelly into cubes & set aside.
Assembling:
-Add plain cake slices, red jelly, green jelly, and prepared custard to a serving dish and spread them out evenly.
-Add mix fruits,prepared custard and spread evenly.
-Garnish with jellies,cherry,chocolate cake crumbled & serve!

-Chulha bund ker dein aur whisk karty hoye thanda ker lein.
-Aik Bowl mein or us mein apple,mango,grapes,banana,peach aur caster cheeni dal ker un sab ko achay se mix KR lain
-Jelly ko cubes mein cut ker lein & side per rakh dein.
Assembling:
-Serving dish mein plain cake slices,red jelly,green jelly aur tayyar custard dal ker spread KR lain
-Mix fruits jelly aur tayyar custard dal ker spread kr lein.
